The Kiosk Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of a retail kiosk. This role includes ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business goals. The Kiosk Sales Coordinator will handle inventory management, staff supervision, and promotional activities to enhance the kiosk’s performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calling, networking, and referrals. Develop a pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads to generate sales.
· Sales Management: Analysed sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
· Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring stock is adequate and replenished in a timely manner.
· Kiosk Operations: Manage daily kiosk operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness.
· Marketing and Promotion: Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract customers and increase foot traffic to the kiosk.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Proven experience in retail sales or kiosk management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
· Strong sales and customer service skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to analysed sales data and generate actionable insights.
