The Human Resource Executive will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering monthly payroll, employee benefits, and annual leave planning, engagement activities, HR budgets, maintain healthy office environment, resolve greviances and enforcing company policies and practices.
