Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking applications for the position of Operation Manager for Budget Hotel in Fujairah location.
The Candidates we are looking to support, supervise & responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, including managing staff, budgets, and guest satisfaction. Manage quality assurance programs, and strategize process improvements, among other things. Supervising the operations team, scheduling & maintaining of documentation.
Suitable candidates are expected to have the below qualifications and experience
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Business Management
· Minimum 4 years in progressive experience in Hotel Management (Kindly mentioned separately experienced in UAE)
· Good communication skills and fluent in English
· Ready to join immediately
