As Health Club & Spa Receptionist, we rely on you to:
Handle the daily operations in Spa, Health Club and related areas
Greet members and guests, answering incoming calls and members' enquires in a professional manner
Monitor and control all stocks and re-order supplies on a regular basis
Coordinate guests’ consultation records with the spa therapists to ensure punctuality of service
Familiarize with the spa packages, facilities and equipment and note preferences of guests
Organize and participate in sports & recreations events and activities

We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for wellness and holistic health
Preferably has experience working in either a spa or a hotel background
Communicates with fluency in English (and local language)
Loves interacting with guests and customers
Has a can-do attitude
Enjoys interacting with people
Has strong interpersonal skills
Is able to work independently
Enjoys working as part of a team
