Colleague Relations and Engagement Supervisor

We have a great opportunity for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Human Resources team as Employee Relations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a particular emphasis on fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee morale, and organizing memorable company events. This role will play a crucial part in creating a vibrant and cohesive work environment within the complex.

What we are looking for?

Proven experience organizing and executing successful company events or initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with innovative ideas for enhancing employee engagement and creating memorable experiences.
Familiarity with HRIS software and other relevant tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while also functioning effectively within a team environment.
A passion for creating a positive work culture and fostering employee happiness and satisfaction.

What will you do?

Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels across the complex.
Plan, organize, and execute company events, including but not limited to team-building activities, holiday parties, and recognition ceremonies.
Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify employee engagement needs and develop tailored initiatives.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of company events and activities.
Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Lead initiatives to celebrate employee milestones, achievements, and special occasions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company culture and values.
Provide guidance and support to HR team members and other departments on matters related to employee engagement and events.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement and events, and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee engagement programs and events, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully-furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units.
