Tracking services FSR compliance with all SE strategies, policies, and directives.
Auditing services SR's twice a year and follow up action plans to close all gaps.
Develop safety plans for all high-risk projects.
Managing annual safety budget (Trainings / PPE)
Guiding and follow up implementation of SE systems action plan (AEP/ SPS)
Managing suppliers and subcontractors in terms of compliance with SE policies and directives.
Participate in all frequent management and safety meetings.
Investigate all incident and significant near misses and using RCA diagrams and follow up action implementation.
Communicate all lesson learnt or new established directive or policy update.
Managing SE fleets and driving behaviors through the available monitoring systems.
Actively participate in tendering phase for safety budget estimation and fulfill the customer requirement.
Delivery of annual 8 hours safety trainings and any other trainings required.
Managing all lifting operations safely and develop lifting studies and calculation.
Actively leading the HUB to achieve the safety KPI’s.
Analyzing all incidents and near-miss reports and communicate hot spots with all teams.
Tracking and managing compliance with legal requirement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus on Safety, Health and Environment or Electricity.
5-10 Years experience in Safety, preferably in field services type of activities.
NEBOSH Certified.
Clear and effective communication skills.
High level of expertise in electrical safety.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Confident and assertive with self-motivated approach and flexible attitude.
