Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales division within a fast-paced real estate brokerage firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. As the Head of Sales, you will manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, foster client relationships, and stay ahead of market trends to capitalize on opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. Provide leadership to the sales team, guiding them toward meeting individual and collective sales goals. Stay informed of market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet targets. Set clear performance metrics and offer ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance productivity. Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a results-driven culture.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction remains high. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts. Actively participate in closing high-value deals with clients and investors.
  • Market Analysis & Trends: Stay updated on market trends, industry changes, and competitor strategies to refine the company’s sales approach. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales efforts to maximize returns.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Generate regular reports and sales forecasts for senior management, providing insights into performance and growth potential. Use data-driven analysis to assess sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and adjust tactics. Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to meet objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in sales leadership, within Dubai real estate brokerage industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, regulations, and key players.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
