Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the showroom and assist them in finding the products they need.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers regarding the features, benefits, and applications of various tools and hardware items.
• Demonstrate product functionalities and usage to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how to use the products effectively.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring products are neatly displayed and adequately stocked.
• Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product advantages to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the tools and hardware industry.
• Strong knowledge of tools, hardware, and related products, including their uses, features, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and build rapport.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
