Garment Production Manager
About Us:
We are a leading brand in the fashion industry, known for our innovative designs and commitment to quality. We are looking for an experienced Garment Production Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering excellence in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
We are a leading brand in the fashion industry, known for our innovative designs and commitment to quality. We are looking for an experienced Garment Production Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering excellence in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Launch Coordination: Work closely with the Brand Manager to maintain and adhere to the design and launch calendar, ensuring timely production of all collections.
- Design Assessment: Evaluate the designs produced by our designers, ensuring they meet the brand's standards and are feasible for production.
- BOM & Technical Documentation: Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and develop detailed technical documents for each design, outlining the production process and material requirements.
- Work Order Management: Schedule and assign work orders to vendors, ensuring clarity in production expectations and requirements.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor timelines and manage relationships to ensure all production is completed within the set deadlines, maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
- Proven experience in garment production management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of garment production processes, BOM creation, and technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Do you possess a valid UAE driving license?
- Garment Manufacturing: 3 years (Preferred)
