FLS Maintenance Coordinator
Position Name: FLS Maintenance Coordinator
Total Experience: 3 to 4 years UAE experience in relevant field.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities(FLS) to ensure the optimal operation of equipment and facilities. This role involves scheduling maintenance tasks, PPM, managing repair requests, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with clients and service providers. The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities(FLS) to ensure the optimal operation of equipment and facilities. This role involves scheduling maintenance tasks, PPM, managing repair requests, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with clients and service providers. The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules for routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Receive Emergency call out request and assign to the team for rectification/repair
- Manage PPM, callouts, rectification service report and submission to client
- Responsible for client escalation emails and task assignments for the maintenance team.
- Coordinating the workflow associated with scheduled and emergency maintenance needs
- Manage PPM schedule on time and team allocation.
- Coordinate with site engineers to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient work. Responsible to Arrange work permits
- Follow up with technical team and engineers before and after finishing the assigned job and closing in the system.
- Manage and documented all reports
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks.
- Receive and prioritize maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Assign tasks to maintenance personnel or external contractors and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor progress of ongoing repairs and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Identify and liaise with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Ensure that contractors comply with company standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory usage, and repair costs.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance performance, equipment status, and upcoming needs.
- Ensure all maintenance documentation is complete and up to date.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize hazards.
- Supervise and support maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the maintenance team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a FLS maintenance or facilities management role, preferably in a coordination capacity.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and FLS Systems
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in outlook and email communications
