What you will do:
-
Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
-
Inspect the work of a team responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel.
-
Monitor each Attendant’s daily progress.
-
Review department glitches and BEAR report as communication tools to accomplish your tasks.
-
Ensure housekeeping team members are well-trained, motivated, and adhere to hotel standards.
-
Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials, linens, and guest amenities to ensure availability.
-
Collaborate with front office, maintenance, and other teams to address guest requests and issues.
-
Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
What you bring:
-
Previous experience in the same role within 5* luxury Hotels and Resorts.
-
Undesrtanding of luxury hospitality service.
-
Proficiency in English language werbal and written.
-
Ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work long hours.
