Floor Warehouse Supervisor
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Floor Warehouse Supervisor at Al Huzaifa Furniture. The Floor Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all functions are performed accurately and efficiently, monitoring inventory levels, implementing safety protocols, managing staff performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah for a Floor Warehouse Supervisor at Al Huzaifa Furniture. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management and supervision
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software, such as SAP or Odoo
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Furniture or Home Furnishing Industry experience is a plus
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
- UAE Furniture Industry: 3 years (Required)
