Position: Finance Manager
Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making. Conduct thorough analysis of business performance and variances against budgets and forecasts.
- Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with department heads to prepare and review departmental budgets.
- Forecasting: Prepare regular forecasts to project financial outcomes, identifying risks and opportunities. Monitor financial trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cost Management: Analyze costs and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability. Provide recommendations for improving financial efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA,CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance management, with a strong background in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, specifically within the UAE market.
