Events & Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This position will involve planning and executing events while supporting sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
Looking for native arabic speaking candidates who can join immediately (Within a week). Only applicants currently based in the UAE should apply.
Educational Requirement - Bachelors.
Experience Required - 2 to 4 Years.
Candidates with GCC experience will be given preference.
What you'll do
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

What you'll do
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Represent the company in trade shows and promotional events (like Dubai beauty world)
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop event themes, layouts, and promotional materials.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure all activities align with financial constraints.
- Evaluate event success through feedback and metrics, providing reports for future improvements.
- Support the sales team in executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Manage customer inquiries and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports to analyze trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate product samples and ensure timely distribution to clients and events.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
