Event Sales and Admin Coordinator -Female/Tagalog speaker only
About the Company: 4sure Events is an event management company based in Dubai and Sharjah. We organize various events across the U.A.E. We provide complete event solutions for our clients, including AV rental and production requirements.
Requirements:
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of Admin & Marketing experience in U.A.E companies.
- Good Command of written and spoken English
- Excellent typing & email drafting skills.
- Can work with editing tools like Illustrator & photoshop.
- Excellent knowledge of working with MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point
- Oversee and manage supplier registrations on the Company's websites.
- Provide Sales support to the Sales team by preparing event permits, arranging event requirements, and checking the status after the event is dismantled.
- Should understand CRM systems, ZOHO CRM is a plus and experience in email marketing.
- Make information for internal & external communications – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Flexibility with working longer hours when required
- Detail-oriented and attentive.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
