Event & PR Coordinator
- Collaborate with the Manager to create a yearly calendar for company events.
- Understand the requirements of each event and plan accordingly, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals.
- Oversee events that enhance the company’s image and improve the brand-to-client experience.
- Follow up with various departments to ensure smooth progress on event-related tasks.
- Manage all logistics, including budget, venue, scheduling of speakers/guests/participants, invitations, bookings, catering, decorations, musicians, and more.
- Ensure the best combination of quality and cost, achieving favorable terms for the company.
- Attend various events like book fairs, book signings, etc.
- Present the company at internal and external events, representing the company's mission and objectives.
- Welcome guests at events, answer their questions, and promote the company’s mission.
- Maintain detailed records of event attendees.
- Keep in touch with loyal customers, ensuring they are always updated about the company’s events and publications.
- Perform final checks on the event day (e.g., tables, technology) to ensure everything meets the required standards.
- Oversee the event as it happens, and act quickly to resolve any issues that arise.
- Evaluate the success of the event, report any problems, develop event feedback surveys, and recommend solutions to improve future events.
