Digital Sales Executive

Sales Executive job responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
  • Identify and target potential clients across industries (e.g., retail, tech, fashion, etc.) who require advertising services
  • Conduct research to generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
Sales Strategy Development
  • Develop sales strategies that align with the agency's strengths in areas such as digital marketing, creative design, branding, or media buying.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored strategies for approaching different industry segments.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, working closely with management to adjust tactics as needed.
Client Meetings & Presentations
  • Meet with potential clients to understand their advertising goals, brand positioning, and target audiences.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations, showcasing the agency’s portfolio, previous campaigns, and creative solutions.
  • Clearly explain the agency's services, including branding, social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and traditional media advertising.
Proposal Development & Negotiation
  • Develop customized advertising proposals that align with the client's objectives, budget, and timeline.
  • Provide detailed quotes and outline the scope of services, including creative development, media buying, and campaign management.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration with Creative & Media Teams
  • Liaise with the creative and media teams to ensure the client’s vision and objectives are fully understood and implemented.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams during the campaign planning and execution stages.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet the agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle and campaign execution.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, providing regular updates on campaign progress, results, and performance metrics.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Track and report on sales performance, including leads, opportunities, conversions, and revenue generated.
  • Use data analytics tools to measure the success of sales efforts and client campaigns, providing insights to improve future strategies.
  • Report to management on sales progress and potential opportunities for agency growth.
Client Retention & Upselling
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services such as content creation, media buying, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Work closely with account managers to ensure ongoing client engagement and identify new advertising needs.
  • Aim to convert one-off projects into long-term retainer clients by demonstrating the value of the agency’s services.
Collaboration with Marketing Teams
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align sales pitches with current agency marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for client advertising strategies.
  • Provide input on the creation of promotional materials or case studies to be used in sales efforts.
Attending Industry Events and Networking
  • Attend advertising industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and build the agency’s brand presence.
  • Engage with industry leaders, media partners, and potential clients to stay updated on industry developments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
