Marketing Manager ( Full-Time, Female, Russian language is an advantage )
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Agency team in Dubai.
This is a full-time position with 5 working days
We are looking for a talented professional who can effectively manage a remote team and develop impactful marketing strategies for a diverse client base.
Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate the work of remote designers, copywriters, and ad managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client’s needs, with a focus on driving growth and engagement.
• Social Media Marketing: Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement for clients.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a remote team, ensuring effective communication and workflow management.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and expectations, providing regular updates on campaign progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media marketing
• Experience in a SM marketing agency is a big advantage!
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Leadership experience in managing remote teams.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Based in Dubai
