We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive/Web Developer to join our creative Company in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and web development, with a passion for creating engaging online experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
• Create and manage content for various digital platforms.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and traffic.
• Design, develop, and maintain websites for clients.
• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align web development with marketing goals.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and web technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to website functionality and performance.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
• Strong knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, Java Script).
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of back-end languages such as PHP, Python, or Node.js.
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Graphics & Multimedia, Web Development, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative agency, with a proven track record in digital marketing and web development.

Additional Skills:

• Photography & Videography: Knowledge in shooting and editing photos and videos is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Salary AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
