Design Manager / Project Manager (Architect)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design Manager/Project Manager – Architect with a strong background in both architectural and engineering consultancy, along with significant experience in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM), possess PMP certification, and have a proven track record in leading projects from concept to completion. European experience is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing design processes, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring high-quality project delivery in compliance with regional standards.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong background in engineering consultancy and BIM. Possess PMP Certification
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
