COORDINATOR FOR HVAC

We are URGENTLY seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator for HVAC / AC to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing our HVAC service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of post-sales support, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination & Scheduling: Manage service schedules for technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Coordinate with customers to arrange appointments and handle any scheduling changes.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, requests, and follow-ups. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Provide support to field technicians by relaying important information, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring they have the necessary resources for effective service delivery.
  • Service Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, job statuses, and customer interactions. Prepare and process service reports and documentation as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for service parts and equipment. Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team, sales department, and management to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Proficiency in reading and writing English and should be able to communicate in other languages such as URDU/ARABIC.
Should possess UAE Drivers license.
