COORDINATOR FOR HVAC
We are URGENTLY seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator for HVAC / AC to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing our HVAC service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of post-sales support, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination & Scheduling: Manage service schedules for technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Coordinate with customers to arrange appointments and handle any scheduling changes.
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, requests, and follow-ups. Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Technical Support: Provide support to field technicians by relaying important information, assisting with troubleshooting, and ensuring they have the necessary resources for effective service delivery.
- Service Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, job statuses, and customer interactions. Prepare and process service reports and documentation as needed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for service parts and equipment. Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of necessary materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team, sales department, and management to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Should possess UAE Drivers license.
