Construction Manager (ADNOC APPROVED)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with ADNOC approval to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with ADNOC's regulatory standards, maintaining project timelines, and leading construction teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- ADNOC Approval Management: Secure and manage all necessary ADNOC approvals and permits throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Safety and Quality Assurance: Implement ADNOC's safety protocols and quality assurance measures to ensure a safe working environment and high-quality outcomes.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project goals.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate regularly with ADNOC representatives, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, approvals, and compliance records, to support transparency and accountability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience, with a focus on projects requiring ADNOC approval.
- Proven knowledge of ADNOC's approval processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- PMP or CCM certification is preferred.
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
