Construction Helpers
The Construction Helper works alongside skilled workers to assist in a variety of construction tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the job site. The role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

- Site Preparation: Clear debris, prepare tools and materials, and set up equipment as needed for the day's work.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move building materials, tools, and equipment around the construction site.
- Tool Assistance: Hand tools and materials to skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and masons, and assist in tasks like cutting, measuring, or holding materials in place.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, removing hazards and ensuring that tools and equipment are stored properly.
- Basic Construction Tasks: Perform simple construction tasks, such as digging trenches, setting up scaffolding, mixing concrete, or installing basic fixtures.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) like hard hats, gloves, and safety boots.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery, such as forklifts, jackhammers, or cement mixers, under supervision.
- Support Tradespeople: Assist with installing structures or systems, such as plumbing or electrical, by following instructions and providing tools or materials as required.
Experience:
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
