Caretaker

Caretakers are in charge of the maintenance and security of houses or a group of buildings entrusted to them. Your job is to look after the assets in the property, monitor security cameras and maintain cleanliness within the premises.
  • Routine Maintenance:
  • Repair broken locks, fix leaks, and handle minor issues promptly to ensure the property remains in good condition.
  • Address and reporting any major maintenance.
  • Landscaping and Garden Care:
  • Manage landscaping duties, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
  • Understand local plant species, fertilization schedules, and watering requirements.
  • Use basic gardening equipment effectively.
  • Cleaning and Hygiene:
  • Oversee cleaning responsibilities for parking areas, living spaces, and outdoor premises.
  • Maintain a hygienic environment throughout the property.
  • Coordination with Contractors:
  • Coordinate with specialized contractors for repair work related to plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
  • Ensure efficient operation of building systems.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Record and manage inventory of property supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure availability and readiness for use.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
