Job Description:
As a Butler, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our VIP guests. Your primary responsibility is to anticipate guests' needs, provide personalized services, and ensure a memorable stay. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, a high level of discretion, and impeccable attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized and attentive service to VIP guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and handle special requests promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, dining, concierge) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures, offering a warm welcome and farewell.
- Organize and oversee private dining arrangements, in-room service, and other guest experiences.
- Assist with packing and unpacking, wardrobe management, and other personal tasks as required.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Ensure all amenities and guest preferences are prepared prior to arrival.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Keep up to date with hotel facilities, events, and local attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of service and professionalism at all times.
- Discretion, integrity, and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
