Business Development Officer (Arabic Speaker)
We are Al-Ghars Educational , a leading provider of educational services based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, specializing in offering Arabic language programs.
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development within the education sector, strong marketing skills, and the ability to manage relationships with clients and partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development within the education sector, strong marketing skills, and the ability to manage relationships with clients and partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth and Expansion Strategies: Identify and develop new business opportunities with partners and clients. Build strong relationships with government entities and private companies to support our strategies. Monitor and analyze the market to identify future expansion opportunities.
- Negotiation and Partnerships: Establish long-term partnerships with local and international institutions. Negotiate and manage partnership contracts to ensure they align with the institution’s objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and enhance relationships with current clients. Ensure client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations. Provide innovative solutions to maximize the value of our services.
- Marketing and Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies. Identify new marketing opportunities, develop creative campaigns, and increase brand awareness to achieve growth goals.
- Project Planning and Management: Conduct feasibility studies for new projects. Oversee the execution of business projects to ensure objectives are met.
- Sales and Operations Support: Contribute to improving the overall operations and sales strategy by providing insights and analytical support.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong marketing, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
- Ability to implement ideas in real-world scenarios.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in operations and sales.
- Flexible working hours.
- Excellent proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi and fluent in Arabic.
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
