The role involves guiding clients through the entire company incorporation process, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing strategic business advisory services to help clients establish and grow their businesses in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Company Formation:
- Assist clients in choosing the appropriate company structure (mainland, free zone, or offshore) based on their business objectives.
- Oversee the entire company incorporation process from document preparation, application submission, and approvals to the issuance of trade licenses.
- Liaise with government authorities (DED, Dubai Chamber, free zone authorities) to ensure smooth company setup and registration.
- Provide assistance in obtaining visas, permits, and approvals related to company formation.
- Business Advisory:
- Offer expert consultation on business strategies, market entry, and expansion plans in Dubai and the UAE.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance, including VAT registration, economic substance regulations (ESR), UBO declarations, and other legal requirements.
- Assist with developing and implementing effective business plans, including market analysis and feasibility studies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with comprehensive and timely updates throughout the company formation process.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-incorporation, including assistance with renewals, modifications, and additional services like office setup, banking, and more.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients looking to expand or restructure their businesses in the UAE.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure that all documents submitted for company formation and regulatory compliance are accurate, complete, and meet the legal requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes in local laws, regulations, and government policies affecting business incorporation.
- Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to ensure all regulatory requirements are met for new business setups.
- Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients looking to start or expand their businesses in Dubai.
- Identify business opportunities in key sectors and target markets, including startups, SMEs, and international corporations.
- Promote company formation services through networking events, online platforms, and client referrals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in company formation and business consultancy in Dubai/UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE business laws, free zone regulations, mainland company setup, and offshore formations.
- Proven experience in dealing with government authorities such as DED, DMCC, JAFZA, and other free zones.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s legal and regulatory framework, including licensing requirements, visas, and tax implications.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational, project management, and client relationship management skills.
- High level of attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with UAE tax laws, including VAT, ESR, and other compliance requirements.
- Experience working with startups and international clients looking to expand into the UAE.
- Knowledge of bank account setup and the financial aspects of company formation in Dubai.
