Kids HQ is looking to hire Branch Manager for its entity in Flipped (Manar Mall)UAE
Position: Branch Manager
Duty timings: As per Mall timings
Experience: 2-5years in amusement Industry
Job duties:
o Train, supervise, and evaluate the staff, including supervisors, facilitators, and guest relations personnel.
o Forecast requirements: Prepare annual-monthly budgets, schedule expenditures, initiating corrective actions.
o Foster a positive and motivated work environment, ensuring staff adhere to policies and procedures.
o Ensure the safe and efficient operation of rides, attractions, facilities, and events.
o Implement strategies to improve the Entity’s cleanliness, entertainment, and service quality.
o Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, policies, and procedures for both staff and guests.
o Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, taking corrective action as needed.
o Enforce and oversee cash handling policies and procedures to maintain accurate financial records and prevent discrepancies.
o Active participation in scheduling events & parties
o Ensure that opening and closing procedures are meticulously followed, including facility inspections, equipment checks, and security protocols.
o Oversee deep cleaning schedules and maintenance programs to maintain a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
o Assist in the development and management of budgets, cost control, and financial targets.
o Monitor and report on revenue, attendance, and expenses.
o Coordinate and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
o Oversee guest relations initiatives and staff to ensure that guests receive exceptional service and assistance.
o Take the follow of the Maintenance issues from the team.
