Bar Manager
we are seeking and experienced and dynamic Bar Manager /sales manager to lead our bar (Mcgettigan's Fujairah) team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing bar staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving revenue growth.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Operational Management: Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure the bar is well-stocked and maintained.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock. Control costs and minimize waste.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage the bar budget. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Marketing and Promotions: Plan and execute bar promotions and events. Enhance the bar’s visibility and attract new patrons.
Experience: Proven experience as a bar manager or assistant bar manager. Strong knowledge of bar operations.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
