Baker Intern
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Baker Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in bread-making and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic bakery environment. This internship will provide practical experience in various aspects of bread production, from preparation to baking.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Bread Preparation: Assist in preparing doughs and batters for a variety of bread types, including sourdough, ciabatta, baguettes, and whole-grain breads.
- Mixing and Kneading: Learn and apply techniques for mixing and kneading dough to achieve optimal texture and consistency.
- Proofing and Baking: Monitor proofing processes and assist in baking bread according to established recipes and standards.
- Ingredient Handling: Measure and mix ingredients accurately, adhering to recipes and quality standards.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Product Quality: Help assess and ensure the quality of finished products, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality expectations.
- Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and learn from experienced bakers about different bread-making techniques and processes.
- Interest in Baking: Strong enthusiasm for bread-making and a desire to learn about various bread types and techniques.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately, with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long periods and lift heavy bags of ingredients.
- Team Player: Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
