Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits on financial records, inventory, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Review and analyze financial statements, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Verify inventory levels, pricing accuracy, and compliance with store policies.
- Provide recommendations for improving internal controls, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports for management regarding audit findings and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the HR and management team to implement audit recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in auditing.
