Assistant Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Assist the production engineering team in analysing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Support daily production activities and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the quality control department to monitor product quality and perform inspections.
- Help in creating and maintaining production-related documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Assist in preparing production reports, tracking inventory
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or in progress).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of production systems and process flow.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting .

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
