Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aluminum Cutter,Fitter& Welder Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for cutting and fabricating aluminum components according to specifications and drawings.
· Drills holes along edges of cutout parts at specified points to mark locations for attachment of parts, using portable electric drill.
· Measure and cut aluminum materials using manual cutting equipment.
· Fabricate aluminum components through various processes like assembling.
· Ensure proper fitting and alignment of glass and aluminum structures.
· Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
· Set up welding equipment and tools
· Review blueprints for specifications
· Weld, cut, and grind aluminum of different widths
· Ensure finished and inspect products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
· Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Aluminum Cutter,Fitter,Welder & Fabricator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
· Proficiency in using cutting tools and equipment specific to aluminum fabrication.
· Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
· Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
· Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
· Must Need Experience with this field
· Familiarity with industry standards and practices
Salary: Will be discussed upon according to the experience
