We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using RPA tools such as Ui Path or Blue Prism. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to understand automation needs, integrate systems, and implement machine learning models to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain RPA workflows to automate repetitive tasks and business processes.
Implement and maintain bidirectional integrations between various systems through APIs and databases.
Develop and deploy machine learning models aimed at optimizing and enhancing automation performance.
Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and design solutions tailored to their needs.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing RPA systems to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with RPA tools (Ui Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
Strong understanding of system integrations (e.g., APIs, databases, web services).
Hands-on experience in machine learning and process optimization using Python or similar languages.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and innovation.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL and database management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
