At this point, Zelh is looking for aAccounts Payable Specialist for our client
Responsibilities:
Responsible for data entry, payroll
Invoice Processing: Accurately process a large volume of invoices daily, ensuring timely and correct entry into our accounting system.
Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices, payment terms, or other inquiries.
Payment Preparation: Assist in the preparation and processing of payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, while adhering to company policies and deadlines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, invoices, and payments.
Ensure all processes are in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Quickbooks Online projects/budgets, expenses.
Co-ordinate with the AR department for exceptions
Collaborate with the IT department to get the files captured and any other requirements from formatting files
Stakeholder Communication & Management in explaining what has been done and answering questions

Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
Quickbooks Online projects/budgets, expenses is a PLUS.
English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) is A MUST
Strong ability to focus on details and ensure accuracy in processing invoices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel
