Our client is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in truckload transportation. As they continue to expand their digital presence, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist (with a focus on SEO) to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist (with a focus on SEO) to enhance online visibility and maintain an engaging digital presence. This role involves managing SEO campaigns, optimizing website for SEO and user experience, and handling social media activity on platforms such as Facebook and Linked In. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to marketing efforts by creating and modifying marketing materials, including logos and promotional content.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Management:
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
Regularly update and optimize website content, meta descriptions, and tags to improve search visibility.
Web Development:
Optimize the company website for enhanced user experience and SEO performance.
Make regular updates to website content, layout, and structure.
Ensure the website is mobile-responsive, accessible, and adheres to current web standards.
Collaborate with other teams to implement new features and functionalities.
Social Media Management:
Create, post, and manage content on Facebook and Linked In to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and interact with followers in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Marketing and Design:
Design and create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional content.
Develop or edit logos and other branding materials to ensure a consistent visual identity.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, contributing ideas and creative solutions.
Work closely with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in SEO management, with a strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
Proficiency in web development, including experience with HTML, CSS, Word Press, or other CMS platforms.
Experience managing social media profiles, particularly on Facebook and Linked In.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software.
Intermediate-level marketing skills with the ability to contribute to strategy and execute marketing tasks.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
Background in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing web development and design work.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Working conditions:
