Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in English, with strong communication skills both verbally and digitally.
Ability to self-organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Xero, and Recurly is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
A strong desire to learn and grow within the sales operations and support field.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized sales reporting support to the sales management function, consolidating sales data into standardized reports.
Monitor sales volumes by product, segment, channel, and region to provide actionable insights.
Conduct standardized analyses and prepare sales reports for sales management.
Manage Salesforce opportunities and cases, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Support renewals for Business and Turboprop Users based on reports provided by Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Handle Xero invoicing and manage user renewals for Business and Turboprop segments.
Manage inbound leads through Hub Spot and Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and lead qualification.
Assist users with their requests via email, calls, and cases, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Manage user accounts in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Review user payments in Recurly and Xero to ensure financial accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
