Required Skills
Ability to converse with persons at all levels within the aviation industry
Minimum of two to three years of aviation experience, preferably with a professional qualification, Private Pilot’s License or similar evidenced knowledge gained practically
Minimum of two to three years’ experience in a technical Service Desk or systems support role
Competent Office 365 user, including spreadsheets and strong general IT competence
Outstanding communication skills and working across different cultures
A strong ability to proactively analyze and problem-solve
A highly customer-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day support and activities; Elevate our technical support team to a world class standard maintaining a global mindset and applying a regionalized approach
Effectively communicate product features and bug reports through our agile toolset
Troubleshoot using aviation specific technical knowledge to provide software support
Work with development personnel to investigate and resolve support requests within our applications and online toolsets
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple business units in an enterprise environment
In addition to application support, you will be responsible for supporting flight planning, filing and route related requests, working closely with our UA, US and UK based teams
Take ownership of reported incidents and problems, maintaining consistent communications and ensuring resolutions relating to the APG, Rocket Route and Seattle Avionics product suites
Perform initial assessment and prioritization of reported issues
Perform other duties as assigned
