Program Summary
KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Türkiye. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
As a Contract Escort Supervisor shall be responsible for a team of escorts who are tracking the movement of all delivery vehicles, related with USAF Construction Contracts on the airfield in support of 39th Air Base Wing Contractor Escort Program at Incirlik Air Base. As a first line of defense, escorts ensure that vehicles entering the airfield do not stray from their intended destination, and, by this way, support Base security.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assists the Construction Management department by providing input to identify key success factors for Labor crew.
- Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Labor services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost.
- Evaluates Labor service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope. Maintains the short-range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with the Escort Supervisor.
- Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with the Escort Supervisor.
- Performs and coordinates Gate Control Management escort requirements by base agencies, including determining escort requirements of contractor’s vehicles, prioritizing escort service request, and cataloging vehicle traffic entering Incirlik Air Base.
- Complies with all related items KBR contract Performance Work Statement, Instructions, Air Force Instructions, Guidebooks, and Technical orders.
- Demonstrate the capability of working on shift to include weekends and holidays.

Basic Qualifications
- Turkish Citizenship
- Minimum University degree
- Fulfilled Turkish Military obligation (male candidates)
- Must have valid driver license (minimum Class B).and driving experience.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English (level III)
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred advanced use of computer hardware and software to include Windows and Microsoft programs
- Work experience on Air force military base
- Advanced degree
All positions require the applicant to obtain and pass a medical physical test that includes orthopedic confirmation for driving that is certified by a doctor/Turkish Government Hospital. Candidates should not have any chronic sickness.
All positions require a current and favorable Turkish Security background check.
