Program Summary
KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
Performs the Air Force organic ground transportation capability for passengers and cargo using a multitude of vehicles in direct support of mission requirements. This includes operating light and heavy-duty vehicles such as buses, truck and semi-trailer combinations, forklifts, and wrecker/recovery vehicles. Supports personal security details. Performs motor vehicle preventative maintenance checks and services. Plans, organizes, and directs vehicle transportation to support operational missions.
Roles and Responsibilities

Provide vehicle operation services for military distinguished visitor(s).

May support other ground transportation missions that require secret clearance.

Shall maintain clean and professional appearance while on DV support missions and adhere to guidance outlined in AFI 24-301

Basic Qualifications
-
US Citizen.
-
Meet the qualifications of AFSC 2T151, Ground Transportation Journeyman as defined in AFMAN 36-2100, Airman Classification.

Possesses, or has the ability to obtain, a United States Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement, Hazardous Material endorsement (H) and no restrictions, a driver’s license IAW Host Nation laws, applicable AFI’s, or SOFA requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent

3 years of relevant work experience.

Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain.
