Spa Sales Representative (BO)
About the Spa Sales Representative position :
We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet our business's sales quotas.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our SPA will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our SPA satisfied, and you will contribute to the SPA's profitability with client inquiries are answered, reservations are recorded correctly, and payment procedures are completed.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handling customer issues
- Providing information about products/services
- Informing customers about sales/discounts
- Communicating precisely with customers
- Respond to client queries
- Promote spa products and services
- Record reservations and manage the appointment schedule
- Conduct confirmation calls
- Conduct check-in, check out, and payment procedures
- Conduct retail sales procedures
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
- Manage locker keys
- Manage client profiles
- Prepare daily reports
- Assist in the development and updating of the spa menu
- Reference and abide by the spa’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
- Well knowledge of at least one foreign language in writing and speaking (English is preferred)
- Experience as a Sales Representative
- Proven record of quotas
- Effective communication skills
- People person nature
- High school diploma or certificate in sales
- Telephone system operations
- Computer literate (mid-advanced level) including booking systems and office applications
- Knowledge of a foreign language is a must.

- Commissions are depending on sale targets, location, and the spa capacity.
- Salary and commissions are paid in TRL currency.
