Sales Representative B2B

As a Sales Representative with a global focus, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team's efforts to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets on an international scale. Position Requirements: Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Lead Generation:
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities. Contribute to the development of strategies for lead generation and prospecting on a global scale.
Client Engagement and Communication:
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including emails, calls, and online platforms. Communicate product/service features and benefits effectively, answering inquiries and providing information to nurture client relationships.
Sales Pipeline Support:
  • Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline, including entering and updating information in the CRM system. Assist in tracking and advancing leads through the sales process to closure.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations for potential clients. Collaborate with senior sales team members to tailor proposals to meet client needs and showcase the value of our offerings.
Global Sales Campaigns:
  • Participate in global sales campaigns, including outreach initiatives, conferences, and promotional events. Work alongside the marketing team to contribute ideas and support the execution of global marketing strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and addressing client inquiries promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a unified and customer-focused approach.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Assist in generating sales reports, tracking key performance indicators, and providing insights into sales performance. Contribute to discussions on areas for improvement and potential growth opportunities.
Continuous Learning and Development:
  • Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of global markets. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
