- Tespit edilen hatanın yetkili kişilere haber verilmesi, gerekiyorsa hata ile ilgili deneme üretimi yapılması, deneme takip formunun doğru bir şekilde doldurulması
- Hata ile ilgili uygunsuzluğun doğru ve zamanında açılması
- Kontrol formlarının eksiksiz bir şekilde doldurulması
