Quality Assurance Specialist
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor's degree preferably in science or engineering - Minimum 2 year's experience in building/maintaining Quality Systems preferably ISO Standards
- Experience in managing clients and certification audits
- Computer literature (minimum intermediate level on use of MS Office elements)
- Preferable Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, IFS GMP/GDP, HACCP
- Focusing on needs of customers, driving the team to meet service levels,
- Preferable intermediate level in both written and spoken English,
- Strong communication skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Preferably residing near to Gebze area,
JOB DESCRIPTION

Assuring that quality KPIs are followed by all employees and departments. - Managing SOPs and ensuring that current policy and procedures are followed among the sites.
- Preparing quarterly/monthly business review presentations and lead customer meetings.
- Assuring that no critical observation points are received from global and local inspections.
- Managing and following related regulations
- Following all quality topics as Deviations, Customer Complaints, Corrective/Preventive Actions, Change Management
- Providing trainings to employees
- Attending audits and perform self-inspections.
- Assuring that Good Documentation Practices are followed among the sites.
