QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree preferably in science or engineering
Minimum 2 year's experience in building/maintaining Quality Systems preferably ISO Standards
Experience in managing clients and certification audits
Computer literature (minimum intermediate level on use of MS Office elements)
Preferable Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 50001, IFS GMP/GDP, HACCP
Focusing on needs of customers, driving the team to meet service levels,
Preferable intermediate level in both written and spoken English,
Strong communication skills,
No military obligation for male candidates,
Preferably residing near to Gebze area,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assuring that quality KPIs are followed by all employees and departments.
Managing SOPs and ensuring that current policy and procedures are followed among the sites.
Preparing quarterly/monthly business review presentations and lead customer meetings.
Assuring that no critical observation points are received from global and local inspections.
Managing and following related regulations
Following all quality topics as Deviations, Customer Complaints, Corrective/Preventive Actions, Change Management
Providing trainings to employees
Attending audits and perform self-inspections.
Assuring that Good Documentation Practices are followed among the sites.
