We are looking for an Planning Assistant with Fixed Term Contract for our growing organization in Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir – İzmir.

Job Summary
The Planning Assistant supports Planning and Production team in the operation of following up planning and production activities, progresses and updating ERP for standard transactions
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
Student worker, recently graduated
Good understanding of English
Having knowledge of MS Office programs
Having a passion for job, willingness to learn and self-motivated
Excellent problem solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Planning Team Leader
Mainly supporting new ERP system (Business Central) activities
To support Procurement, Production and Warehouse for material planning and flow
Progress checking with production team for Planning tool update (Rob-ex) update
Following shipment materials
Daily updating due dates based on Sequence of Events (SOE) for material requirements
Calling and prioritizing production orders from Warehouse to Production area in order to start production progresses.
