Position Overview: The planning specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless patient transfers between hotels and clinics while optimizing logistics and accommodation arrangements. Build strong partnerships with service providers to enhance our offerings and maintain high service quality standards. Drive continuous performance improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth transfers for patients between hotels and clinics.
Optimizing hotel accommodations and transportation arrangements.

Qualifications:
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated mastery of Google tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
Strong communication skills
Proficient in risk management
Efficient time management abilities
Advanced computer skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Turkish and English is required, plus Russian.
A minimum of 6 months of pertinent experience is necessary.
Proficiency in project management software, data analysis, database management, and IT infrastructure is essential, especially within the realm of health tourism.
