Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dental Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in dental sales and a solid understanding of Zoho CRM. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and promoting our range of dental services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our dental services to potential clients, including dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and other dental treatments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and update customer information in Zoho CRM, tracking leads, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing and dental teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and client retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our services.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and generate leads.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dental sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar customer relationship management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
