About the Role
Porter is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Demand Customer Acquisition Team Lead to drive and manage customer onboarding initiatives. This role will be pivotal in executing the strategies set by the Demand Customer Acquisition Manager and ensuring the success of the Field Sales Associates in achieving onboarding targets.

About the Role
Porter is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Demand Customer Acquisition Team Lead to drive and manage customer onboarding initiatives. This role will be pivotal in executing the strategies set by the Demand Customer Acquisition Manager and ensuring the success of the Field Sales Associates in achieving onboarding targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Associates to meet customer onboarding goals.
- Implement the strategic plans developed by the Demand Manager to enhance customer acquisition.
- Monitor daily operations and provide guidance and support to team members to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to continuously improve team skills and effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer onboarding.
- Collaborate with the Demand Customer Acquisition Manager and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
- Address any team challenges promptly and effectively to ensure seamless operations.
Skills:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in demand management, sales strategy, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and support team members.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions to drive improvements.
- Fluent in English & Turkish
