About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on connecting with potential partners and customers to achieve organizational targets. This role is critical in promoting the Porter platform and facilitating customer and partner engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads with the aim to achieve organizational targets and meet daily connected call goals.
  • Understand the overall objectives of calling activities and accurately record responses in various sheets for qualitative insights.
  • Utilize strong persuasive and convincing skills to effectively convert leads into active platform users.
  • Engage with partners and customers on a daily basis from the office, promoting the benefits and features of the Porter platform.
  • Influence partners to integrate with the Porter platform and customers to book orders through it.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and customers to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Leverage excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and influence stakeholders during phone conversations.
  • Utilize decent computer skills to manage call logs, update records, and utilize CRM systems effectively.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to persuade and convince potential clients over the phone.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-paced environment.
