About this opportunity We are looking for a Build EHS Process Lead who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization. What you will do
Act as a control layer to ensure effective implementation of EHS Processes within NRO
NRO Domain SPOC with MMEA EHS processes team regarding MMEA processes, standards, and frameworks.
Align with domain EHS stakeholders on changes in roles and responsibilities following the issuance of customized or newly developed processes, standards, and frameworks.
Responsible for communication and rollout of EHS processes, standards, and frameworks within NRO.
Dimensioning the EHS resources needed and aligning with stockholders to start implementing new processes, standards, and frameworks based on measured productivity levels.
Participate in updating the EHS roles and responsibilities matrix with the MMEA EHS processes team.
Guiding and supporting stakeholders and the Operations team in the implementation of the EHS standards, frameworks and procedures.
The Skills You Bring
Supports the process owners in the development of process implementation action plan and when carrying out the process maturity assessment.
Support and follow up with the process owner on the closure of the gaps arising from the maturity check of the process.
Guide the Hub senior EHS Officers in the development of processes implementation action plans and when carrying out the process maturity assessment within the projects under their hubs.
Follow-up with the Hub senior EHS Officers on the closure of the gaps arising from the maturity check of the process.
Gives insights to the MMEA EHS processes team on new practices/changes in field activities.
Propose and align EHS tools enhancements with MMEA EHS processes team before contact with the NRO development team.
Gives insights to the MMEA EHS processes team after analysis of incidents which may require a change in the process, standard, or framework.
Monitor the EHS resources productivity through the EHS processes’ KPIs.
Review and validate data accuracy related to NRO EHS KPIs
Check that validation rules, controls, and checklists comply with the approved MMEA EHS processes, standards, and frameworks.
